The program:
Our sole goal is to drive customers for document destruction to independent shredding companies such as yours.  The method we are using is sophisticated Internet marketing referral programs. (No direct mail, e-mail or telemarketing).

Fixed monthly cost $10 (plus $5 per office listed.  If you have three offices, the monthly price would be $25 per month.)

Are Leads Qualified?
All leads are generated by passive advertising through the internet.  By definition the customer has to take a number of steps to find your page on our site. We do no telemarketing, direct mail or e-mail. Since you get to hear each phone lead, you validate the leads and return as no charge the bad leads.

How are lead sizes determined?
Lead size is determined from either the information the customer types on the email lead form or from listening to the initial recording of the phone lead. 

How Many Leads Per Month?
I would expect most markets will receive between one and four leads per month.

Who Else Gets the Lead?
Customers contact you directly by calling you or sending you an email.  We don’t dispatch leads to multiple shredding companies.  However, we cannot prohibit a customer from taking the initiative to call or send an email to another shredding company.  There may be more than one shredding company listed in a market place.

What is a lead?
A lead is an incoming e-mail or an incoming phone call to you about you providing shredding.  I get a blind carbon copy of all leads, so I know how many you get.  I also put a unique 800 number on your listing on our site which rings directly to you. 

What are “Recorded Phone Leads”?  Each phone call is recorded.  The caller hears the announcement that the “call is being recorded for training purposes”.  The night each phone lead occurs, you get an email with a link.  Click on that link to hear the phone lead which occurred earlier in the day (download a wav file).  Send back the phone lead email if the lead is a bad or “no charge” lead.  You will not be billed for the leads which are returned in that way.  There are added benefits for recording the calls, including the benefits of “training purposes.”  You take the responsibility to comply with local laws notifying your own personnel that they are being recorded.

What are “No charge” Leads?
Each month, my customers and I determine a number of leads are "no charge".  They are usually incoming e-mails and phone calls that clearly are not about you providing shredding services in your service area.  For example, no charge leads include “fast” hang-ups, calls from vendors, job seekers, personal medical record seekers, etc. More than half of the leads are “no charge”.

In addition, if a lead is small (under 10 boxes), it is also free.

Still a Billable Lead:. A lead is still billable even if you don’t get the account or you got the lead from a different source too or you failed to return an email lead that was out of your service area within 3 days.

How big is my “market”?
You can request as big a market as you can handle.  If you request a market where you have no “address”, then it is the association’s decision if it will grant you that market or not.  The association may grant you that market (where you have no address) today and take it away at a later date at it’s sole discretion. If you have no address in a distant market, but there is a local service provider in that market, we will not grant you that market.

Experience:
It is my experience that big - technologically advanced markets get lots of leads.  Small markets get few or no leads in a given month.

You can provide your credit card information via telephone, but you must sign and return this form on the fax to 866-336-9941 or scan and email. The fax goes directly to my computer and is not printed.  You can send it anytime.  You will be invoiced between the 2th and the 10th of the month.  Approximately seven (7) days later, we will charge your credit.  The reason we wait so long is to give you time to bring to our attention any leads which were improperly billed.
